At Melloni's Deli & Catering, we
specialize in our own Homemade Italian Sausage by a recipe brought over
from Bologna, Italy by my Father.
The secret ingredient in my sausage is
the process by which it was always made in Italy that generates a deep
sense of respect for it and a deep sense of connection to where it
comes from. I will never compromise that.
Every batch of sausage is properly
weighed and blended by hand so it is consistently the same every time a
new batch is mixed. I only use all natural ingredients and all sausage is
hand mixed and contain no preservatives, fillers nor MSG!
As a special note, our shop specializes
in our own Homemade Fresh Polish Sausage and a special "Lewiston Bratwurst." The same care is taken in preparing these
sausages as the Italian Sausage.

Bratwurst" won first place in the "Taste of Lewiston"
Food Festival!

COLLAR CATERING
My catering business was established
about 12 years ago because of my love for cooking and I wanted our food to
taste like it came from Moms Kitchen.
I wanted to make catered events
affordable and enjoyable to all and with "down home tastes". That's why we
like to refer to our catering business as "Blue
Collar Catering!"
